LYBr8 Business Associates was founded by Yvonne O' Toole in August 2006. Yvonne is a Qualified Management, Executive & Business Coach and was trained under the ICTI. More recently, Yvonne has qualified as an MBTI personality type assessor which allows her to use MBTI tools in her work with business people and organsiations.
In November 2004, Yvonne graduated with an Award Winning MSc degree in Supply Chain Management. Her thesis, Organisational Excellence - Unleashing the Potential of an Organsiations Most Valuable Asset, sparked a profound interest in organisational and personal development and focused in particular on the optimisation of human engagement and interaction within organisations large and small.
Yvonne has extensive industry experience. Having grown up in the context of a family business, Yvonne was passionate about enterprise and entrepreneurship from a very early age. Upon graduating with a BSc Degree from the University of Ulster, Yvonne became heavily involved in the area of logistics and international trade and as a result has been fortunate to gain more than 10 years intensive experience and insights in the areas of training, management, leadership development, quality, continuous improvement, change management, process engineering and re-design within some of the worlds leading organisations such as Nortel Networks, FedEx, Lucent Technologies / Excel Logistics & Akzo Nobel.
Yvonne has also worked across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including academia, telecommunications, logistics, supply chain & pharmaceuticals and currently serves on the Board of Directors of County Carlow Chamber of Commerce.
